Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: May 22, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking services or using the Aura Bridal Studio website. By booking an appointment, paying an advance deposit, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Deposits
All appointments for bridal makeup, hair trials, and salon rituals are subject to availability.
- To secure any slot or bridal package date, a 30% non-refundable advance deposit of the total package cost is required.
- No dates are locked or reserved without receipt of the deposit.
- The remaining balance is payable on the day of the first scheduled makeup session.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Because we block artist hours exclusively for your booking, the following policies apply:
- Cancellations made at any time will result in forfeiture of the 30% deposit.
- Rescheduling of dates is permitted up to 30 days prior to the event, subject to artist availability. If the artist is unavailable for the rescheduled date, the deposit is forfeited.
- In the extremely rare event that Aura Bridal Studio must cancel your booking due to emergency, 100% of the deposit will be refunded instantly.
3. On-Location Services
For bookings requesting venue styling (e.g. at wedding halls, hotels, or destination resorts):
- It is the client's responsibility to provide a clean, well-lit space (preferably with natural light or high-quality daylight bulbs) and a standard height chair.
- Travel fees, hotel stay, and parking charges for the makeup team are to be borne by the client unless explicitly included in the package.
4. Skin Conditions & Safety
It is the client's duty to inform the makeup artist during consultation of any pre-existing skin conditions, severe allergies, or hypersensitivities. Aura Bridal Studio is not liable for allergic reactions to products if the client did not disclose their allergies prior to application.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
